That is emersed. It take a month to grow as submersed. And if you want it to grow like this..

I've got a few fissidens nobilis.. are you familiar with this plant?
I'm currently nursing it back to healt, after a trip via UPS...

any reccomendations on keeping the plant?

What i know is to keep the temperature around 22-24C. Medium lighting and CO2. The growing rate is kinda slow.
