Awesome localish plant seller -- Jeff Arsenault

Just wanted to post a quick shout out to Jeff Arsenault.

I met Jeff originally at one of the GCCA swaps, and he was fun to talk to, knowledgeable, and had very reasonably priced, beautiful plants. Jeff is located in Indiana, so shipping is quick and the plants aren't in transit for too long when coming to Chicago.

My fiancee and I recently bought a massive amount of Crypts from him via mail order: about 15 pots worth in total.

Jeff was gracious with my questions, forthcoming with availabilities and tried to hunt down some less common things among his personal network of hobbiests for me. He even did the terrible job of removing the rock wool!

For all of this I paid VERY reasonable prices.

Finally, Jeff is a class act, and a passionate advocate for the hobby.

I cannot recommend him enough if you need to do an order of plants for a large tank.

His email address is:

**No affiliation, just a very satisfied customer!

I'll 2nd that recommendation. I've meet Jeff & his wife twice now and bought a few plants from him. His plants were very nice and fair prices.

About price, bargain plants are seldom a bargain, search out quality and pay for it. Eventually you find you end up buying a 2nd bargain plant to replace the 1st bargain plant that failed.

Jeff has some great plants. I picked some up from him from the last GCCA and the plants are all doing great. Can't complain one bit! Can't wait to see what he has at the next GCCA swap
