Here is a question for you RAOK'ers!

Why do you do RAOK??

I'll start;


I like paying it forward because at the beginning when I had just gotten into the hobby, I started my tanks on the few plants I got from RAOK's and from there traded up all the way to a PS3 system (not aquarium related, but still, traded an r/o system and a canister filter for it), multiple tanks, a camera, fish, co2 tanks, all the bells and whistles. Now that I actually have something to give, I want to share the wealth and possibly help somebody get to the point where I am (or farther!). A little bit can go a long way! I like to think every time I give a plant away, somebody can trade that plant to build their tanks up.

Be sure to continue to pay it forward!

Well I RAOK because I hate throwing things away, but I change my mind on the kinds of plants I like all the time, also I'm currently in debt to someone on this forum because he is a very kind person and is allowing my to pay my debt back to him at some point later when ever he asks, so thats my other reason. I like RAOK contests too, like the drawing contests and those lottery ones too are pretty neat.
