I've got 4 - 20L drilled tanks I use for growing out plants. All are solid, no leaks or chips, I have them plugged with a PVC threaded union & a cap. They are not so pretty as they are etched with hard water scale.

$40.00 for all four.

It's not worth it to me to sell them individually for $10 ea. They will be clean with the plugs in place so they would be ready to use. I'll include the 2"x4"s I cut that they sit on to accommodate the plug cap. I have them set-up Side x Side on a industrial steel shop table with two 4' shop lights hanging above them. This was my Downoi farm I grew in one of the tanks:
