10g low light help??
Ive been lurking for a long time and i cant find the right info.. So I'm trying to upgrade my regular fluorescent light 18".. I want to set up to lamps with 23watt cfl bulbs (6500k) will that be any help? Will my plants grow because they haven't been doing well for past few weeks.

The light ranges shown above are not what is currently accepted by most people. Low light is around 15-35 micromols, medium is around 40 - 60, and high is more than that. Those are not cast in concrete either - just cast in wax
(low melting point wax)Those values are at the substrate level. The PAR values higher in the tank will always be higher, usually much higher.
