The shipment must be received upon arrival first attempt to destination for live arrival guarantee. Should the species not make a live arrival - we ask that you take a picture and send it to us within the first 6 hours. Please do not wait until the next day or even the night of to process this, considering that we must have you comply with the *Receive upon Same day arrival* Policy. We issue refunds based on these terms - deducting the cost of shipping.
