ADA Prices, New Lower Shipping, Next Container Order

For those interested in an update and haven't looked on ADG Facebook this was posted about 4 hours ago!

We are still awaiting confirmation from customs on a few more items.

This delay has been unprecedented - and is completely abnormal for customs processing, even when the container is under intensive review and processing.

We have had to obtain specific information from manufacturers in regards to the whole product line imported, which has been a lengthy process, but it seems we are approaching the end of the process finally.

Our hopes are that we should have it by the end of the week, and rest assured that we are working alongside our customs broker around the clock as well as with ADA to ensure that the fastest possible delivery time is granted.

I appreciate everyones patience on the matter as we continue forward.

We are working on getting more in as soon as humanly possible, however it's been a tough time for import from Japan due to all the troubles in the country. We anticipate having more by Christmas time at latest.

X you offer priority mail shipping for those of us in Hawaii. The cheapest option 2day air is $74.56 yikes!

Hey Bsk,

We've had an 80% failure rate of delivery to Hawaii when using the Post Office, so we've had to temporarily suspend USPS shipping completely. The problem is these packages usually go out with a tracking number that isn't updated despite what USPS says they will update on the tracking number so it only reads as "The package has been picked up and is on it's way for delivery." for weeks without status updates on where it actually is.

Then what typically happens is we get a label about 6 months later saying "oh yeah, we found this random label in our facility in Long Beach (or where ever)" and a note saying that an "investigation is taking place."

We do at the moment offer UPS Ground to Hawaii, and we may need to change some variables on the website, but we worked hard to get some pretty substantial cuts to the rate with our rep, which evidently was a big deal for them to do since it's almost treated like a foreign company from the 48 states.
