We are actually having some trouble with the Canadian store due to limitations with the Amazon web store platform. We can manually refund 10% for the orders placed without price matches for our Canadian customers if you could call us or email us with the order number once the order is placed.

Just mention the coupon code in the email or via phone!

Big Al's On line has serious customer loyalty and good/great service.

You earn it and developed this relationship with the Hobbyist.

I think this will allow better service later and more control for you folks, even though this stinks for now.

I'm relieved to hear the amazon backend is temporary. I've had lots of trouble trying to place an order and gave up trying. I was worried you guys were bought out!

We do some ecommerce where I work and we had a similar scenario a few years ago. The lesson we learned was "host your own store". We licensed the web storefront and had rights to modify the source and run it on our own hardware. We also have a perpetual license for our order fulfillment software. No more surprises!

When I try and order something from the Canadian site, it doesn't give me the choice to put in a Canadian address or Select a country? How can I place an order for Canada?

When you are on the address page, there is a box to select "international" at the top of the page. You need to click on it first in order to change the country to Canada.

I placed an order over the weekend and tried to use my account but I had to make a new one. I did not know about the code. I had VIP point on my old account. I feel like they are gone and I am starting over. what can I do?
