30gal. Planted Community Tank Update

This is our first true attempt at a planted tank
I have kept aquariums for over 40 years and have always wanted to have a planted tank but was not up to the challenge. After all I couldn't keep my plastic plants from turning yellow and rotting away to nothing . Anyway this tank has been established for about two years now and doing very good and every body in it is very happy also. There are three Rummy Nose, a school of nine Cardinals, a school of nine or ten Rasbora's and several other tetras, two Oto's and two Cory's, two Rams and two Angles. Yep I know quite a crew LOL . But they all have been doing very well so far even when the Angels tried to make a family but they where to young at the time they where so confused finely just ate the eggs .

Looks like you're much better with the real ones than the plastic! And I love your bits of wood

I have always liked drift wood in my tanks even if it tans the water some . And really I think most of the fish from the Americas do better when it is present in the tank also.

As far as the plastic plants go, it is a horrible site when they up and die. LOL

What all plants do you have in your tank? and what sort of lighting?

As for what kind of plants I am not sure what they are my bad ! Lets see some Anacharis, Java Fern, Anubias, a bulb of some sort with light red leaves and those might be Cryptocoryne Pontederifolia on the right there in the first picture but not sure could be more Anubias. The tank is low tech with low/med light more low than med. it is a 24"T8 sun glo in a regular light fixture. We have NO problem with Algae what little there is the Oto's take care of .

BTW the first picture is the most recent of the two .

I can't make out pictures 1 or 3, but #2 is definitely an Anubias.

Thanks on #2 number one is a bulb of some sort maybe a lily ?? and #3 is a fern of some kind it kinda looks like a evergreen when it is big this is a sprout that was on the parent plant . I had planted it in the gravel and it died but saved the little one it has been on the drift wood for about six months doing OK but really grows SLOW !
#3 may be Christmas tree moss ??

the first is a dwarf lily, second is as LL said anubias, Im at a lost for the third my first instinct was to say a very compact anacharis but you mention its some sort of fern so I have no idea

The updated pictures show what it looks like as an large plant this is a better picture I hope

It is a Fern but I don't remember the name of it . Also that is Java Moss on top of the stump now instead of Longhair Algae . I think it looks alright but the Algae seemed more natural I think .
