Rain sensor that doesn't have to be wired into existing sprinkler controller?

Hey guys, I have an electronic water timer by Raindrip that screws into the faucet, so that the drip system in the raised bed will always be watered from now on...

But the problem is there is no way to attach a rain sensor to it. And all the rain sensors I am finding are just sensors, without any solenoids or valves or anything, so they all must be wired into a controller. Does anyone know of a standalone rain sensor with a valve and everything? One that could be placed inline, on the garden hose, probably right after the timer?

It seems like a simple, obvious concept that someone must have invented and marketed by now...

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
