Default Matheson 3810 Build

I recently acquired a Matheson 3810 stainless regulator, however it does not have a low pressure gauge and I need to switch out the stem on it (cga 580) to a cga 320.

Where is the best place to obtain a low pressure gauge that is a 316 stainless Matheson gauge with a range from preferably 0-400 psi because I would like to keep it as original as possible?

Additionally I would like to find a short stainless cga nipple and nut because I only have a 5lb tank and I am worried that it might tip over from the weight of the regulator with too long of a stem. I am having trouble locating this and considered using an adapter but it would only add length to the setup.

After I finish with the regulator I will likely piece together a post body kit consisting of a Clippard Mouse solenoid and a Swagelok metering valve. I would appreciate some input on this and the best method of constructing that setup.
