I am really impressed with how you have communicated with us over these last few weeks. I hold ADG in the highest regard and look forward to continued business with you guys.

Hope you are all caught up on sleep, cuz it sounds like you might not be getting much of it in the oncoming days

-Cheers

Can I order out of stock items on the website or do I have to wait until the website updates?

Just got my shipment notifications this morning. Can't wait to get it and start up some new scapes. Also you were right about the C02 I plowed through 2 bottles in just under 2 weeks. 3-4 bps it is lol.

Sounds like it was a nightmare, customs and 12 hour time zone differences can be a real pain.

Out of curiosity, was the shrimp food imported as a "food" or a "mineral supplement"? I remember when I was importing some aquarium fertilizers a while back they were all natural so they had an exemption from all the craziness, but at one point they thought I was brining in food and thought I needed a LOT of information for them. I can understand how much fun you guys must have had.
