Exclamation EI dosing lowing my PH?? Help.....

I recently started dosing dry Mono Potassium Phosphate and
Potassium Nitrate from aquarium fertilizer online shop I am dosing per Tom Barr recommendations for a low tech (non CO2 tank).

My ph has been dropping in my tank from 6.6/7 to 6.4 after I add the Potassium Phosphate. I have even lost a few of my Oto's due to it. Is this normal? Should I stop dosing the Potassium Phosphate? I tested the Potassium Phosphate after I dissolved it in water and it tested ph 6.0. Do you have any recommendations?

My tank set up is 55 Gallon:
2 Sunpaq 65 watt compact florescent-2.3Wpg
Eheim 2215
Dosing once a week Mono Potassium Phosphate, Potassium Nitrate, and flourish (one cap)
water change about every 3 weeks

Nitrite-0
Nitrate- close to 0
Ammonia- 0
KH-2
GH-4
