low maint. ferts for ten gallon

My setup is, 10 gal glass, 2x13 ah supply w/ bright kit lights, flourite,small h.o.b. wisper filter,small floval sub filter as needed, diy co2, ph = 6.4 , kh = 38ppm, amms = 0, nitrites = 0 , nitrates = 20ppm, hardness 150ppm, temp 76, driftwood, 1 grapefruit sized roundish rock,
I dont know what type of plants I want other than java moss, micro swords, maybe riccia, and something a little taller to fill in 1/4 of the back. What and how often would you dose ferts? plant sticks? change anything ? This hobby is starting to consume me !!! I love it .
