Thumbs up for ADG
Just wanted to give a positive remark about my recent order with ADG. I had ordered a box with Xingu sand, but UPS destroyed the packaging. I was distraught because the bag was punctured! Since the bag was open, the sand was everywhere- it even ruined my ADA books. I immediately sent an email hoping for some kind of help with this mess, and within the same day Jeff and Francis helped me out. They're sending another shipment of Xingu with the ADA books to me soon.
Now that's what I call customer service!
