you can have some of our weather if you want... it was 110 today and about 70 last night

We could use some warmer weather, that's for sure, but I'm thinking 110 might be a bit much for my liking. How are your fish/plants handling the hot weather?

Chicago doesn't usually get that much snow at one time, but the various weather patterns needed to cause this mess aligned perfectly and voila - 24" of snow in less than a day.

Im not in chicago... im in texas... and uh, Why didn't anyone tell me your water in your water pump on your car can freeze solid... i hope my gf's car didn't burn up

thats because its to watered down sounds like u were way over the % that is norm acceptable and thats the reaction. normally it will just overheat from zero circulation but damage can be done if its not corrected and still drivin. at the min drain half of the coolant and refill with just antifreeze and u should be fine that way the antifreeze will keep everything from going to a block of ice.

I don't really mind, i cheer for my teams (EDM, LAK, PHI, TBL), so in the end it's okay.

But yeah, the state here up north is sort of bad, it goes from 0c to -30c, and back to +4c, back to -20c, everything melts and freezes, making everything here literally a huge ice rink. I had to slide down my drive way on my butt last week because i kept falling .

Northeast and Mid-Atlantic could be looking at more snow around Thursday this week. Early models show conditions similar to last years 24"+ event. We'll have to keep an eye on this one. No forecasters want to say anything about it yet. They've realized they don't have to actually make a prediction until the day before.

Last years December 22" snowstorm was on my birthday/bachelor party. My friends and I were running through center city Philly absolutely wasted trying to catch the last train to the suburbs. What a crazy night...

Im a little tired of snow since I deliver pizza for a living. It seems Ive worked in every storm this year. People who order pizza during a blizzard and don't tip should be blacklisted from ever ordering again.

Please God no 24" of snow on Thursday - I'm scheduled for open heart surgery that day and I don't want to have to put if off Well, actually I kinda do but that's besides the point - i can't!
