Default Need some advice

So im planning on a build for my next tank its going to be a 75g and will house 6 discus. Im planning on doing a dirted tank with white pfs sand. The scape i want to replicate is a state park in my state, for you guys in colorado im talking about the chautaqua park. Im planning on doing a dry start with the yogurt moss method on the rocks i will be using. Planning on pearl weed as the carpet, s. repens and blyxa japonica as a foreground and finally R. indica and R. cuba as the background plants. Any other suggestions or comments? what kind of moss should i use for the mountains?
Please excuse my poorly drawn illustration on paint

Awesome mountain~ Just a suggestion on the midground; you could mix blxya interspersed with staurogyne rather than dividing them to two sides; blxya grows slightly taller over staurogyne. I'm growing both of them as well

Also I think you mean ludwigia cuba rather than rotala cuba?

I know people use yogurt in terrariums but I have never heard of that in an aquarium. How are you going about that?

dry start method, ill paste on the yogurt moss mix on the rocks and add some pearlweed for the carpet and then just mist it every so often until the moss grows. Once the moss establishes on the rock I will flood it

Definately, im still scoping out some deals on craigslist for a 75g with stand thats with in my budget. For lighting im gonna use 2 par38 led's that will hang over the tank. Do u guys think thats enough light for the cuba? Not sure about the willow moss not familiar with mosses. I might just try a variety of mosses.
