can someone please fillme in on these diy co2 sytems.

Im looking also in powering a 15 gal planted tank.I understand the part with the yeast in a 2 liter plastic bottle but from there does it have to go to a bubble counter and then a reactor and then a diffuser?Please explain what I will need.\ and where do I \get these other parts?
