Where to place new plants?

I got some alternthera reineckii 'cardinalis' and some needle leaf ludwigia at petsmart today. Where should I place these in me tank? I rearranged the java moss today so the tank is a mess (that's why the picture is cloudy!) please help and thanks!!!

Your water doesn't look very clean

they both get pretty tall, about a foot and a half to two foot so i would take that into consideration when you plant it. other than that, i would do the cardinalis across the back and then maybe just one of the ludwigia in on either side just in front of the cardinalis

that's just me though
