After taking in all of your feedback we thought long and hard about how we can satisfy all of your requests, provide an even better experience while keeping rates as competitive as possible. We once thought about completely eliminating 2nd Day Air (~5% death rate) for livestock and only leave Next Day Air (99% survival rate) but took into account the barrier to entry with higher Next Day Air prices.
