What's wrong with my angelfish?

So my wife's angelfish has had large bumps on its lips since I can remember but for some reason now it is getting worse. Any ideas on what this is and if there is anything we can do to correct it? Sorry for the blurry pictures as he wouldn't sit still for me.

If its the white spot, mine get that occassionally from fighting. The lock jaws and go nuts. Both end up with some injuries

No it's the swollen lips.

The original tank he was in he was by himself. He has had a female in with him for over a year now and they breed like crazy. Looked at him again this morning and he now has mouth fungus.

My guess was a fungus from lip locking with a female. Same thing happened to mine but I didn't get the fungus

Well it wasn't there when i originally posted and it most likely isn't caused from them locking lips as they never do that. I did some more searching about the swollen lips and found out it has lip fibroma and is common in some angelfish. The only way to rid it of this is supposedly surgery. He is still eating fine andam not going to do this so called surgery bit. I am treating the tank for fungus and everything should clear up. I think he got the fungus from one of my whisker shrimp as i found one dead when doing a water change tonight covered in fungus. It is the only thing that makes sense. Thanks!
