Can you name this non aquatic plant?

Hey found this at my lfs. Though it looked neat, but no clue what it's called.

Looks a bit like Vetch, a legume that is often added to erosion control seed blends.

Looks like what we call around here where I live a mimosa tree sapling or some type of variant. That's my best guess off based on the picture.

+1 for mimosa sapling. We had something that looked almost identical in a nursery I used to work at. Do the leaf clusters fold up at night?
