Need advice on my planted 20g

Hey guys this is the first planted tank I have done. This is a project my friend and I have both been maintaing since about early august and I was looking for any advice on plant positioning or general critiques. I dont seem to have much of a focal point or eye guide. This is a relatively low tech set up. Rockin some sponge filters for those shrimp.
