Default Are ADA Aquariums Tempered Glass?

I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. My 90-P is the older type (about 6 years ago) before the standard was high clarity glass.

I saw a local guy drill his ADA tank and it worked. Here is the thread in the local Houston Fish box

I also think there is a test for this, you will need polarized sunglasses and some sort of LCD screen.

The ADA aquariums do not use tempered glass.
