Am I Overdosing Flourish Comprehensive?

Hi. I am dosing 1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon per week of Flourish Comprehensive on a 10g tank. That is 1/4 tsp over the directed dosage, but they say you can go up.

Eep! The directions say to use 1/4 tsp per 30 gallons once or twice a week - I have a medium - well-planted 10 gallon tank.

It looks like I can go down to 1/8 tsp once a week (only because I can't measure smaller quantities).
