Odyssea Lighting

I bought two Odyssea 36' 4 bulb fixtures and I want to replace the HO bulbs with different ones. How do I take the fixture apart to get to the bulbs?

Slide the plastic piece out that's protecting them from splashing and such and just have at it

That's what I thought but its almost like the splash guard is larger then the slot. Tried to unscrew the screws but they just turn.

One end has a slot to slide the guard out.
