Hi,
I'm a newbie to the hobby and have spent countless number of hours on this forum reading, hoping to learn as much as I can. Having said that, I purchased a 5 x 1.5 x 2 tank and a few other things from the advice of a friend, including a LED light (Aqua Nova LED Aquarium Lighting 8 - 120). I'm hoping to have a planted tank (some with a easy difficulty) and wondering if anyone has had any experience with this light or know if it's suitable? The specs of the light are: 8 x 0.3w LED (1 row every cm) (so 8 x 120cm) and I haven't got a clue... And if not, what should I do? I spent a couple of hundred $$ on the light and hoping this is not one of the mistakes I've made as I'm sure there will be many.. >.< Any comments would be appreciated Thanks Derek |
