What should I do with this 5g?

Currently the only inhabitant is a Otto.

Tank:
Size: 5g
Lighting: 13w 6500k blub
filtration: plants
heater: yes

So what would be something fun I could try breeding in this thing? I know shrimp is always an option and will probably expand my current Cherry Shrimp culture in there, but any kind of fish?
