Can you tell me what the thicker bladed grass is on the right, behind the hairgrass, and possibly what that blue looking stem plant is?

i dont know what the stem plant is but it looks like you can see the blue background through the stem plants, doesnt look like the stem plant is actually blue.

the thicker bladed grass appears to be blyxa japonica

I couldn't tell if it was blyxa or e. tennelluss or something
