Rachel imported Caridina cf. babaulti “Black”
never heard about it before so i had to try
she sent me adult/juvi mix and few were even barried!!!

after few days, they are so hard to find eventhough they are in front of my eye lol
so i decided to catch them and took some pictures
what do u think about this shrimp!?

I've seen cherries that were raised in a koi pond that looked exactly like this.

the day i recieved them , i thought they were like RCS and sunkist
then they changed to brown - black
the same shrimps

Yup, stress will cause that. When i first got mine chocolate, most of the look red/dark red also.

chocolate are Neo and these are caridina
i dont know they are the same or not
but i will happily raise them

I guess it's a babaulti, very nice.

The second picture,however, i think it oebt. You can tell by the stipe and golden eye. Probably a mix up

the second picture is OEBT im raising
and how cool would it be if i keep oebt with rachels indian white back?
they wont interbreed and they both have stripes, different colors!

Those look very sweet. Didn't know babaulti's come in that coloration now. Did Rachael say what kind of parameters they like to breed in? And what are parameters are you keeping them in?
