As always, USPS express shipping is preferred for fish and has a live arrival guarantee if it arrives on time within 24 hours of shipping. PRIORITY SHIPPING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and is only on Monday and Tuesday!! NO EXCEPTIONS! Heat packs only last 72 hours or so, its out of my control at that point.

Express shipping is Monday through Thursday, I prefer to not do guaranteed Saturday shipping because if there is a delay, the package will not be delivered until Monday.

I have another question though, about your otos (the regular ones, not zebra). I know you quarantine them but do you also make sure they eat? I'm just asking because I've been trying to get a shoal of 6 in one of my tanks but so far 8 out of 10 of them have died. I think the last two I have left were the only ones actually eating (they've gotten algae wafers and repashy soilent green). I've gotten otos from two different sources, one being petsmart and the other an actual fish shop but they've just been dying. I have a feeling that your otos will be much healthier and I plan to get some whenever you decide to sell the m. kubotai.

Yes, i ahve had the current batch for abotu 4 months. Some are spawning. They are all chubby. I feed a mix of cultured algaes and Repashy Soilent Green. Out of the several thousand I have sold (mostly shipped) there have only been a handful that I nkow of that did not make it.

Rachel's the only person I'll buy otos from now...she actually understands them and cares correctly for them. The regular ones I got a couple of months ago are still doing fantastic.

Algae eaters and specialized feeders are a special interest of mine. Because I deal in such bulk, it is especially important to be able to feed them adequately upon import, and leading up to shipping.
