Default GBAS- Anybody A Member?

Hey guys and gals! Just wondering if anybody here is a member of Green Bay Aquarium Society. I am interested in joining, but I have heard that they are pretty much a group of saltys and cichlid dudes. Just wondering!

Not a memebr but I did find a link to their website online the other week. Doesn't seem to be much of anything good in WI for a fish/plant store. I'm ordering all my stuff online. Still collecting items and waiting for them to arrive. I'm in Oshkosh.

I am part of GBAS, most of us are Cichlid people. A few saltys, but more cichilds than anything.

That's is what I thought. I've met a couple members at Advanced Aquarium Systems and they said the same thing. I'll still probably become a member though sometime soon.

I will be out of town, I have been checking out the site also. Lots of good articles to read. Let us know how it turned out. Always fun to get out of the house, and talk some fish.

Just got back. It was, interesting. Way to much business talk for my liking. But still fun. Only two other planted people there other then myself. Most are breeders/cichlid people.

Next meeting is this Wednesday! I am probably going. It's in Appleton. Check their site for directions. Anybody else going?
