I thought those were supposed to be used for betas because there finger is so delicate and can rip easily in a regular net. I never use nets on my betas, only my hands and cup them
Good to know Subtletanks. Does the handle have a hole in it that goes all the way down to the cup?
My imagination tells me that when scooping you have to allow for water pressure to come up the handle, then put a finger over the hole to hold the water while transferring...
I'm not sure i don't own any of these nets or ladles for betas. But I do know that they are supposed to be used for betas. They also make bamboo and wooden ladles to scoop betas out. If there is a hole in the handle then I would also imagine that's how you use the net
