Thanks for sharing the link! What a great spot! Running cattle...I miss the sound of that. One of my favorite pass times during the summer was to cut-cows and bulls edit:(Boy...that might sound bad if a person doesn't know cows...it means seperating certain cows and bulls from the herd.)

i was recently fishing up in knoxville at the clinch river. there waas a very comming red stemmy plant growing that i wish i had nabbed but the rules are pretty strict there, the only thing taken out of the water is fish. period
That rock ledge in the first pic looks like a perfect place to find a 30 lb catfish!
I grew up on the Oswego river in NY and there's NOTHING like the calming effect of being up there on that towpath. It's as familiar to me as any earthly place. I get back there as often as I can and remember my youth and the good times. There's just nothing like it for me.
