About an inch~ish long. Pretty colorless..greyish, with that black bar and a slight yellow outline on top on that. Figured it was some sort of cyprinid, there were 2 in a tank full of espei? rasboras and bloodfin tetras.

EDIT:

well I google imaged 'rasbora' and got http://www.seriouslyfish.com/species/rasbora-paviana/ which seems...close? Or some other similar rasbora.

Did you just pick it up today? It some what looks like the first name you posted. I would say that when the fish settles in more, it will color up more and you will be able to tell more.

I know brilliant rasboras are def more common in pet stores, so just waiting to see if any red fins show up. They def. look brighter in my tank- their fish were super pale. The worker said he didnt know the fish and there wasnt any labels for it that we could see so he sold it to me for the price of pencilfish (1.50)

this was the best shot i could get of them two but of course a lampeye had to photobomb it. Larger size: http://i.imgur.com/KTyH3.jpg

Nice Pictures! ;)
Defiantly a rasbora. I think it could be Rasbora borapetensis or Red-tailed rasbora, Black Line Rasbora there are many names. They could be juveniles which explains the lack of the red in the tail or maybe female. Other than that nice find!
