They aren't terribly fragile. Especially not the Spheres. They powder about the same as normal ceramic media. You get that same little bit of dust at the bottom of a new bag that you would with ceramic media.

To clean them just run some water over them. They flow water through them well enough that even a simple backflow will wash most everything out of them. If you really wanted to scrub them, I'd use a toothbrush or something similar.

I haven't been able to get a video done yet. They sold out before I could play with more than a few Spheres last time. I'll get it up by the beginning of the week now that I actually have enough in stock to take some for marketing/experimenting/my own amusement.
