You'll want to keep the microworms in a mixture of ground oatmeal and water, I keep mine pretty thick, sprinkle some yeast on top and that's it.
after a day or two the worms will start to climb the sides of your container, scrape them off to feed fish and spread some more yeast on top.
Once a month I mix up a new batch of oatmeal and start a new batch, I keep mine in very small disposable type tupperware containers, about the size you would find pudding in. I've had my cultures of Bannana, Micro and Walter worms going for about a year this way.
