So, in a matter of 3 days, those two Nerite snails have cleared about 70% of the remaining algae. Quite impressive.
I also drip-acclimated another shrimp (RCS I think) that hitch-hiked on some plants I got at the SFBAAPS meetup last weekend... he had a fun time in my shot glass acclimator:
