I grew up in alaska, but i lived in anchorage which is a pretty big city. The shipping on fish and anything alive is extreamly expensive like $50 extra for shipping. I would think that Juneau would have a couple pet stores, i know it's small but it is the capital. I think they have a wal-mart, that might carry fish, even though i know how much walmart's fish dept sucks. Well good luck
