What are the dimensions of your tank? Length x width x height.

What kind of plants do you plan to keep?
I thought that I read somewhere that it needed to be capped. I have tried growing plants in just the gravel and have no success, so I want to try something new.
The tank is 31 inches long, 14 wide, and 18 tall
As far as the plants go I just want something that will look nice, is natrual, but is easy to take care of - This tank is also in my classroom.
