I know the people who own Chateau Lamothe http://www.funfoods.biz/ And Of course there would be an open bar, they have a lot of different wines, they are a wine bar and do serve food, more of appetizers than meals.
so if people came and ate and drank a bit, we may be able to get the space for free. It would probably have to be on a Sat afternoon.

They are located just north of where 35 E and 35W meet in Burnsville (they are actually in between the two Closest crossroads are CR 42 and either 35

Anyone interested?
