its a blond orange eye blue tiger shrimp. some times the strips can turn redish color. red tiger are totaly clear (most of the time) and have cherry red stripes. i love the black eye blue tigers you found they are nice. as for the price of them im not sure have not seen them for sell in forever. you can breed the 2 types together and have a chance at more orange eyes but im not sure how many you would get. i had some oebt that would turn red most of the time those were the females. here are a couple of the oebt i had that turned red
