AS my co-worker says

however i doubt he has mental disparities, more like his parents never spent time increasing his cognitive abilities, they never paid him any attention and let him suck his thumb till he was 7. i've seen kids like this, one of the kids i grew up was exactly how u just decribed. IGNORANT
