Eco complete absorbs and then releases nutrients to plants. It has no nutrients to run out of. If you plant some stems that need some extra oomph, add some root tabs. Otherwise, you should be fine with what you have. Now, if you want a new look and a totally new scape, go for the tear down. I do not think you are forced to do it, however.
