I'm new here and just need a question answered unsure if it's been previously answered in other threads.

I have a 30gal aquarium I purchased from a friend who ran a saltwater tank. He threw in the coral life T5ho fixture with a 10,000k day light bulb and a blue actinic bulb.

So my question is which bulbs will best suit me and who has had the best results from the different types and brands? The fixture will be approximately 16" from the substrate with a variety of plants ranging from anacharis to micro swords.
