I would close up the 2 middle ports. Then just have a tee off of the 2 end ports. You can now run 2 nv's off of the tee. Havibg a regulator with an adjustable working pressure will help with consistent bubble counts. But, with those nv's inconsistent bubble count should not be an issue.
