I am no artist, and would like your opinion.

If you have a tank of a given length to height aspect, does the front soil throw that off?

Example: if you start with a 60p, at 24long and 14 high you have the golden ratio, or close to it. Now throw in 2" of soil up front, and now you have 2:1 above the soil line (which is usually what photos are taken of).

Obviously larger, taller tanks wash out this effect, but if i want to custom order a tank and am trying to achieve 2:1, should I start with 2:1 dimensions, then add 2" to the height and place the order?
