Default Lighting for my 90 gallon

I'm trying to get medium or high light plants for my 90 gallon tank. The tank is 24 inches deep, and I know that makes a difference in what type of lighting to get. I'm looking to grow plants like Sunset Hygro if that gives you an idea.

Right now I'm deciding between two T5 HO fixtures.

The first one is a 48 inch Coralife with 2 T5's. I was thinking of getting two, giving me 4 T5's. All with 6500k. This would cost about $130 including shipping for both.

The second one is Catalina Aquarium. It is a 3 T5 HO lamp. With this one I could get a plant grow bulb, a 10,000k, and a 5,000k. With shipping it's about $160.

Basically I'm wondering if the Catalina Aquarium one is nice enough that it's worth the extra $30 and getting one less T5 out of it. Also, do you think I need the extra bulb to grow the plants I am trying to grow? If 3 bulbs would be plenty enough light and it's a nicer brand then I would be fine going with that.
