I will note that you can probably make something better for about 10 bucks with a pipe bender. Might even be able to find a ship that will bend some conduit to your specifications for way cheaper then $50 bucks, then just screw it to your stand.

Here's another option:

½" conduit + 90° bend

Since I probably won't need the whole 10 feet of the pipe. How would I go about cutting it? Can they cut it for me at home depot?
