Well i'm not trying to make quite a masterpiece, but more a sustainable supply of just about any aquatic plant. I want to be able to grow clippings from whatever kind(s) of plant(s) i get, and use smaller parts of them in triops cages and the like. I'm on a budget, about $100 and i have one or two things lying around the house that might work for any attempts.
What i was thinking to buy is 10 gallon tank, and taking a guess that i'll need light i have a 20 gallon tank light, which i was thinking if i hang it a little above the tank might work. If anyone could suggest plants and/or a tank set up that would work I'm all for it, only limited by money. The only crazy wild thing i was considering putting in with plants are maybe some shrimp. I've also been told betas and snails will do fine, but i'm not too worried about anything but plants in here, and animals would just be kind of an added cool thing.
, and sorry for the lack of any water plant knowledge
